As a Real Estate Agent, I’ve spent the last two decades fostering genuine relationships with the people I’ve worked with and expanding my knowledge of the real estate market's ever-changing industry. I specialize in short sales and have extensive knowledge of investment properties! 

I pride myself on placing people in their dream homes and closing top dollar sales; however, my approach is similar to an open-door policy, and I am here for you, whenever and however you need! I understand the importance of personal connection, and I strive to make my clients feel comfortable, understood, and honored from start to finish, whether buyer or selling!

In addition to my professional career, I enjoy immersing myself in the local community here in Carson City, my favorite annual event being Nevada Day! Aside from events and local happenings, I also find joy in giving back to my community. I am a member of the Kiwanis Club and volunteer for many occasions; you can usually find me outside a local business ringing the Salvation Army bell during Christmas time! I also founded the Tour De Toni, a local youth scholarship fund that honors my late mother, Toni Langson, former President of the Carson City Sunset Rotary Club.
